Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Rosie Hackett Bridge for its scenic views of the River Liffey and Dublin's cityscape, especially during sunrise and blue hour. It's a popular spot for photographers and offers a pleasant walking experience. Some find it a bit modern compared to older bridges, but its accessibility and aesthetic appeal are widely appreciated.

"One of many crossings over the Liffey River in Dublin, the Rosie Hackett Bridge (Droichead Róise Haicéid) opened in 2014. It joins Marlborough Street to Hawkins Street. It is not open to passenger vehicles - only public transport, taxies, cyclists and pedestrians which includes the Luas Green line. The bridge is a single span concrete structure.

The bridge is named for trade unionist Rosie Hackett (1893–1976). Ms. Hackett was an Irish revolutionary and trade union leader. She was an active member of the Irish Citizen Army and participated in the 1916 Rising."

"BEST BRIDGE IN DUBLIN! (in my opinion) Has been a personal favorite of mine for many years! and not because of its history or any historical significance it may hold (which i have no regard for whatsoever) but rather because of it's location, it's ability to take cars, pedestrians, and the luas tram too! and the cherry on top bonus to add to all of this lovely features is that it has also got SEATS! yep, it's got benches! i nominate this for best bridge in dublin. Very useful bridge and has lots of space so there's little to no chance of over crowding. Just be sure to look left and right at the traffic lights when crossing, and to the side also. Have a safe journey!"
