"showers and bathrooms are in dire need of cleaning, no soap in bathrooms, and no how water in the showers. staff are badly trained, during a safety breifing they did not wait for all members of the group to arrive, and refused to repeat themselves. staff were als too busy flirting to actually deal with the children. first aid is also bad. dirty, unorganised ans overall not a good experience."
