"I think this has a lot of potential but the market organizers do a disservice to the customers and booths by having a monopoly on the food. What I mean is that none of the booths there selling truffles, cheeses, etc are allowed to sell cooked food; only the main organizers of the event can, and their food options suck.
I would love to see the booths be allowed to sell their projects cooked, like a truffle-cheese sandwich or something. To be honest, the market options are extremely limited. Truffles, nuts, a few cheeses repeated over and over. A rather boring market."

The highlight, of course, was the white truffle itself—its aroma and taste are unlike anything else. We had the chance to taste truffles in various dishes, each more exquisite than the last. From simple pasta infused with the earthy, delicate flavor of truffles to more inventive culinary creations, every bite was a delight.
Beyond the truffles, the fair was a treasure trove for food lovers. We discovered an incredible variety of regional products, from artisanal cheeses to fine cured meats, all of the highest quality. And the wine! Alba is in the heart of Piedmont, home to some of Italy’s finest wines, including Barolo and Barbaresco. There were countless opportunities to taste these exceptional wines, perfectly paired with the local cuisine.
The fair wasn’t just about food and drink—it was a feast for the senses. We wandered through beautifully decorated stalls, met passionate producers, and even witnessed truffle hunting demonstrations.
