What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Biblioteca Queriniana for its stunning 18th-century architecture, beautiful frescoes, and impressive collection of rare books and manuscripts. Many highlight the free admission and the serene, inspiring atmosphere. However, ongoing renovation work can limit access to certain historical study halls, which is a point of disappointment for some.
"Currently under renovation / conservation, hence the historical study halls are not accessible. Staff told me that the closure will last at least until September 2025.
Apart from the renovation efforts preventing access to the most impressive rooms, this place is great. Staff is friendly and you can really get immersed in history here. I would highly recommend a visit, even during the renovation. It's free and you still can catch a glimpse of maginificence of this place."
