"I do not have a good impression about the staff of the library. They are usually chatting and making other noise. Moreover, some people who comes there for studying can make a noise through conversations, chats, laughs, speaking on the phone. More than twice I saw people who have been eating something like snacks which makes a noise through this putting hands in the packages with snacks for fifteen minutes. And this all happen in the studying rooms. The library looks good but for studying this place is too noisy and crowded"
