I am planning to stay in Catania in April - Is Ognina a safe area?
Depending on where you are in Ognina... The seaside ist beautifull and touristic but the neighbourhoods adjacent to it aee very poor... it's mostly safe but I would definetly recommend to keep your valuable belongings out of sight when you walk in little streets 👍🏼
