"Bad service and rude staff. We had a dinner for a week ago and the food was good.
We returned the 7th of September for a dinner. We waited quite long time for the menu and to order, but we didn’t care.
We ordered an antipasti and two main courses. The antipasti came after a quarter, but we waited one hour for the main dish. Shouldn’t be a problem, but they forget my side dish and I got it when we finished our plate.
I asked then the maitre d’ why was this so, and he was just laughing.
A waitress, an elderly lady was bothered when we asked for a bottle of water and took good time to bring it out.
Our waiter, Maurizio tried with all means to recommend us dishes and when I wanted to try out something else, he tried to persuade us to change our mind - despite it is maybe five dishes of antipasti, primi and secondo each!
Several other guests arrived around us, mainly Italian locals and they got served long before us - almost demonstrating that we are not welcome.
When they missed my side dish, I asked maitre d’ why it was that, he just grinned. I asked then if he doesn’t like some customers, he said yes.
I asked then to talk to the manager, but he replied that the manager is not on site, he don’t care and he just use to come in to collect the money.
I never ever felt me discriminated until now. Not for the money, not for a spoiled evening, but for the service where they want your money, but they don’t care of hospitality or service.
After I paid the bill I went in to the cashier and I asked the same question our waiter, and he was deeply bothered. He ask for forgiveness, but to my question why we had to wait for a whole hour, he said, that they have bad kitchen staff.
It is a scam, a tourist trap with rude and incompetent staff. Avoid as much you can."

"Stay away from the bar, it's a rip-off. Nice location... terrible unprofessional service & management, poorly made drinks at extortionate prices for what is offered (the level of a cheap beach bar for teenagers, also in terms of selection & quality of ingredients, but the price of a proper cocktail bar - which the "bartender" here has clearly no idea about despite acting arrogantly). The special cocktail / bartender's recommendation was simply disgusting and not at all as described by the waiter, had to send it back - wonder if anyone actually tried it before marking it as a specialty."
