Reviews Summary

Pinarella is appreciated for its beautiful, shaded pine forest offering a cool escape and its family-friendly beaches. However, some visitors have noted concerns regarding litter and maintenance in the natural areas, impacting the overall aesthetic.

"Unfortunately, having been a seasonal visitor to Pinarella for many years, I must admit and report that Pinarella is falling apart. Dirt, decay, and waste have been left abandoned by the current administration and rude tourists. We've cleaned up the pine forest several times, and made several reports, but this is to no avail. The pine forest, once a jewel in the crown of this area, has been violated."

Andrea Santoni

"🌲DESCRIPTION: this is the Pinarella pine forest, a fraction of Cervia. The pine forest divides the town center from the beach.

💰PRICE: access to the pine forest is free.

⏳ TIME OF VISIT: the pine forest extends for 25 hectares. You can walk, relax in the cool, there are picnic tables and swings, so the weather can vary depending on what you want to do.

🚲ACCESSIBILITY: the road is dirt and covered with pine needles but flat. You just have to be careful of any roots that may emerge from the ground. You can travel by bike or with strollers. It can also be done by those who have difficulty walking. There are many benches and some piadina kiosks. I didn't see any public toilets.

👶CHILDREN: children have fun running free among the trees, they can play football or go on the swings.

🐶 PETS: pets are allowed.

🚗PARKING: along the road that runs alongside the pine forest there are paid parking spaces.

🤩CONCLUSIONS: very beautiful and fascinating. Especially cool in summer. Also nice for those who don't want to have lunch under the scorching sun on the beach."

Natascia Colman

"A beautiful 3.5 km walk, almost entirely in the shade even during the hottest hours."
