"Fantastic little museum. The gentleman at the ticket desk welcomed us with open arms.
We then had a look around at a number of steam and diesel locos and various interesting carriages.
Lots of informative signage everywhere but unless your Italian is good would recommend getting the guide book which has very useful translations in.
Well worth a visit, especially considering the price (it was only €5 each). I would definitely recommend a visit."

"Great museum and really good value. Plenty to see, both inside and outside the trains, as well as many nice models. Very minor criticism is that several signs are only in Italian, but there's more than enough information in the guide, which is only 2EUR (on top of a very reasonable 5EUR entry)."
