#laveno #ovovia #lavenomombello #funivia #panorama #provinciadivarese #varese #vareseturismo #discovervarese #lagomaggior...

Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise the Laveno Mombello Funivia for its exhilarating cable car ride and breathtaking panoramic views from Sasso del Ferro. The unique two-person open-air cabins offer a thrilling experience, and the summit provides stunning vistas of Lake Maggiore and the Alps. While some find the height daunting, most agree it's a worthwhile adventure.

"Absolutely amazing experience. You are only ever up about 10-20 metres, but it's exhilarating as the view of the lake opens up across the valley to the mountains behind. Our 11 year old is scared of heights and was upset/scared for the first few minutes, but she loved it. Beware - the Google maps directions will try to take you along one way streets through impassable roads. Park in town, even the lakeside car park is only a 7-8 minute walk."

Vince Jones (Whole Picture)

"Fantastic experience breathtaking experience on the 20min journey to the top well worth the price. Once you get to the top a 360 view and a small hike to the peak you get even more views and if you are lucky get to see the paraglidier taking off.h"

George Owusu

"Quite an amazing experience going up the mountain in the "bucket lift" - the bucket fits two people max and you have to hope it doesn't start swinging. There's a great view from the top. I recommend walking down through the woods - it's steep but very nice."
