"Not bad at all! Well done.
It was founded in 1925 by the historian Giovanni Tancredi. It is located in the former 14th-century Franciscan convent. Its current layout, designed by architect Pietro Batini under the scientific direction of Giovanni Battista Bronzini, was conceived to display a diverse collection of objects, representative of the entire Gargano region. The museum houses costumes, furnishings, work objects, artisanal products, and jewelry that testify to the art, life, and work of the Gargano people; the materials were largely collected by the ethnologist and historian Tancredi. The exhibition is dynamic and, following a narrative approach, offers a continuous exchange and movement of moments and aspects of the life and work of the poorest classes in their various transformations."
