What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Piazza Roma in Monteriggioni offers a charming medieval experience with stunning wall walks and a picturesque central square. While some visitors have encountered mixed dining experiences and service, many praise the authentic Tuscan pasta dishes and the unique historical atmosphere. It's a highly recommended stop for its preserved architecture and scenic views.
"The only thing worth eating is the pasta. The burgers were tasteless, the sauce was missing, the tartar was absolutely disgusting. The pieces of meat were hard, chewy and way too big, it had absolutely no taste and the toppings were as tasteless as the tartar. The prices are not worth it at all. The waitress was also pretty nice to guys but pretty bitchy towards girls. It was the only place in Tuscany where I ate bad food."

"Great restaurant which is very underrated.
Do not trust the bad reviews as obviously they are somewhat subjective.
Very quick service, you can be full in no time.
We couldn't try all the food of course but everything was prepared with great attention to detail and was tasty.
Expect a pleasant atmosphere, great Tuscany wines and friendly staff.
As this restaurant is badly reviewed this can be a plus if you are hungry as it is not full compared to the others which are usually full.
A very underrated place, which is very nice and the inside part of the restaurant is very beautiful and clean.
Recommend."

"very rude attitude. for the first time I've ever had a waiter and probably a manager seat me at the only wet table in the restaurant, given the weather. the restaurant was empty. very slow service. I highly do not recommend it, the most terrible restaurant I've ever been to!"
