"OK souvenirs collectors' locale. It's a series of semi-independent shops with a range of offerings. There's a lot of old furniture, some very nice but mostly in bad shape. Maybe it's just me, but they sit around when they could be cleaning this stuff up and doing a little polishing!
There's a lot of knick-knacks and some touristy stuff. Also stereotypic art, sculptures and the usual plates and cutlery.
My impression is that it is generally overpriced, maybe not compared to places far away, but from what I've seen in Palermo. And it's understandable. When I was there, a tourist trolly came through (!) and then a horse drawn tourist carriage.
My advice... the small shops in that area are much more interesting."

"Unique one of a kind finds. Open even during holidays! When you want to visit your Sicilian nonni, it's like going back in time & the best shopping fantasy ever! I love it here & would hang out here every day, if i had the time. Speaking Sicilian recommended! (Writing this for English speaking guests to our magical land). Posting pics from different booths. Everyone is super sweet. Do not be shy to talk. Only one of the shops with tons of home decor antiques, takes credit/debit cards, everyone else is cash."
