"Very cute and isolated church among Alguer rural fields. The place is easy to reach though you will get a few bumps in the way if you drive there. As soon as you sight the church, you will find a parking space at your left were you can park freely and have a first breath-in of the green and golden grounds. I recommend proceeding from there by foot rather than trying and parking up in the sanctuary plaza — if you want to take good pictures your car might get in the way.
The place is beautiful but unfortunately, the sanctuary is almost always closed. I think it only opens for service at 8am or in special occasions, so if you're planning on visiting the inside I recommend to stop by beforehand to check for opening hours and then come back for the real visit. Anyhow, well worth the visit for a relaxed and short exploration day. Just be careful of the scorching sun in summer — the best period for any trek or exploration in Sardinia would be April/May."
