Tre Cime di Lavaredo. Very beautiful hike with incredible views 🏔️ But honestly there are a lot of amazing and less crowded hikes in Dolomites 😉 Anyway this one will stay in my heart at least because of the cute Rifugio Langalm where we left “дзякую” on the board 😇 #trecime #trecimedilavaredo #dolomites #mountains #italy #travel

Reviews Summary

Tre Cime di Lavaredo is widely praised as one of the world's greatest day hikes, offering extraordinary 360-degree mountain views and unique rock formations. Visitors rave about the stunning panoramas, the well-maintained trails, and the welcoming rifugios. However, the logistical challenges of accessing the site, particularly securing parking, and the significant crowds during peak times are frequently mentioned drawbacks.

"The Tre Cime di Lavaredo hike is one of the greatest day hikes in the world. The sight of all the various mountains, landscape, rock formations in a single setting is extraordinary. Constant 360 degree views of layers of mountains. Multiple valleys. Something new along every bend. Refugios with nice people, good food in extraordinary settings to rest. Go early - by late morning starts to get very crowded."

Andrew Klein

"Incredible area!! I understand why the Italians are so proud of Tre Cime di Lavaredo and are very present there to walk around it. We did the same, which took us 3 hours and 15 minutes.

But, you have to be prepared !! First: without buying a ticket online (days in advance!!) for your car, you are not allowed to drive to the top, where you find the parking area. And second: be prepared for the hike. You are in the mountains, so bring food, drinks and (extra) clothes. Also, be careful with the kind of shoes you wear. It is easy to get hurt without proper shoes, especially when the trail is wet. Hope you take this advice from a experience mountain guide. 😉"

"The Tre Cime loop was our favorite hike in all of the Dolomites! It was a great challenge with lots of climbs. You really get to see so much on a day hike- 4 huts, multiple glacier lakes (great for sticking your feet in), grassy meadows, and ginormous mountains all around. It’s worth the logistical loopholes to get here- my advice is take the bus (get tickets in advance) as early as possible and enjoy a full day up here."
