Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the unique collection of vintage aircraft and the impressive restoration work, offering a close-up look at aviation history. While some find the museum compact and note a lack of English translations for exhibit descriptions, the friendly staff and affordable entry make it a worthwhile stop for aviation enthusiasts.
"Great collection of Caproni. One of Italy’s greatest engineers. Would have liked more of an understanding of the time line and backstory of Caproni like at Volandia. Also would have liked more interactive STEM items for gaining interest. Worth the admission and the very beautiful drive!"
Ian O'Brien
"Very comprehensive presentation of G Caproni's ideas and designs. Good and bad and very imaginative.
Not all texts were in English - but worse, there are so many exciting books in the little bookshop, but none in English! That is a big minus to the visit."

"A nice collection of unique planes, from early pioneers of flight to the jet-powered F-104 Starfighter. I recommend you to visit if you're keen on aviation history (surprisingly), especially in the 10s and 20s. You can get very close to the aircraft to see all the details. On the other hand, the museum was smaller than I expected, and the airplanes are very close to each other, which sometimes cuts the view. Not everything is translated to English, but that wasn't a big problem for me.
The staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. They immediately offered me student discount and called a taxi for me to get back. I came there on foot because I had a lot of time, but it's quite far from the city. It's a lot easier to get there by car or by bike; unfortunately there's no public transport.
But still, I highly recommend you to visit it if you have some time in Trento. And I give a special thanks to the staff."
