Reviews Summary
Lethe Bamboo Rafting offers a unique and relaxing experience on Jamaica's Great River, with many praising the beautiful scenery and the option for therapeutic limestone massages. However, some visitors found the rafting duration short and felt pressured by upselling of additional services, leading to a 'scam' perception for a few. Despite this, the overall vibe and natural beauty are frequently highlighted as positives.
"This experience was a total scam. With a group of 7 we payed 50 usd per person for rafting. After 5 minutes the raft was put to halt for a pushy cross selling experience which should be included for that amount. If you decline limestone you get to "raft" another 5 minutes before being pulled to the side to sit it out for a good 25 minutes before being brought back and thats it. One big scam, if you want a rafting experience with some nature please don't go to this one as you will be dissapointed, guaranteed."

"Amazing Experience. If you like being in rivers and partying with the locals, you should also try The Deck by the Riverside in the second photos. We had so much fun there. A foam party, river floats, authentic meal, local DJ was lit, exotic fruit tasting, and we learned some local dances. We had so much fun we didn't want to leave."

"Beautiful place, the scenery was gorgeous. Only a couple of things marred the experience and that was some the aweful (and offensive) music played by our guide at points and also the pushy gift seller guy at the start (but you get that everywhere in Jamaica)."
