Really enjoyed my time there...sitting there during the sunset is also another great privilege.
There is a small cantina there where u can buy foods, or vending machine for different types of drinks, even a free cycle parking.
Overall, great place to visit. Obviously will visit during sakura blossom. It will be a worth place to visit that time.
Edit: just opposite of the Agricultural Park by the riverside, you can find beautiful flower garden where various colored flowers are there during sakura season."

"A hidden gem in Adachi. Absolutely gorgeous in the spring with cherry blossoms, tulips, green grass and more. Has a cafe area with plenty of outdoor seating for enjoying ice-creams and drinks. A grassed space for picnics. A farm area to walk through and explore. A fun playground for kids with a long hillside slide. Plenty of bicycle parking. An indoor area for information about the farm and marketplace goods for sale. Right by the river so you can enjoy walking along there too. A great spot for a sunny afternoon out."
