Hello, i moved in south of adachi and usually go for ikebukuro and akabane for cool eats and drinks, do you have any other recommendations in the area ? A shopping or eating district would be the best. I’m 20 min from akabane.

Is Adachi-Ku a safe area to live in? I’ve heard some things which say that it has a higher crime rate etc than other places in Tokyo but I am from Dublin, Ireland so I highly doubt that it will be worse than there.. Any help appreciated.
