"This is a shopping mall along with office space. There is EY office and many other offices. The building is very new and modern. There are lot of restaurants scattered in floors and movies in 6th floor. There is also a garden terrace on 6th floor where the view is very good and you can sit and relax for some time. Just in front of midtown Hibiya building there will be various events held depending on the season."

"A worthy visit after a busy tour around “East Garden”🌸 and “Economic Center Marunouchi”🌃 I have had “Yukhoe” n “Beef bowl” in a quiet restaurant inside Hibiya Shopping Mall. Unfortunately the 6th Floor Roof Garden Cafe☕️ was closed to public on this afternoon, coz there’re pack of people having buffet party in there."

"Typical Tokyo mall but I'm the higher end with the stores. 5 floors. 2 basement floors. And a roof terrace that can't be skipped if you're in the area. The roof access is completely free.
