"A nice, clean, modern station"

"The train staff at Sengawa Station have been rude, unhelpful, uncaring, and useless for many years. If your child loses their train pass, don't expect any help from the staff to cancel the card. For some reason, the staff at this station seem to have a complex. They think they are more important than the passengers. I do understand that there are suicides at this station, so maybe the staff are stressed. Anyway, I wish Keio would train their staff better to help people..."
