"Staff was really friendly in helping get my Indy Pass redemption through. Apparently I was the first ever to use the partner pass there, and they were really accommodating and apologetic about the short wait.

Overall the park was great and easy to navigate. Food was also great and very reasonably priced."

"We visited this place via Klook bus tour. The service is okay and also the skiing experience I think is good. we did not skii but i saw the snow and mountain are quite nice for such activity. What i didnt really like are the teenager staff manning the lifts. They are not very nice or helpful in my opinion."
