"Visited the museum and saw the vinegar making process. Today is April 20, 2025. There is a local event in the area. It was Sunday but it was not very crowded. Free admission and had free drinks ( mango or orange) at the end."

"Very beautiful area. You need to reserve the ticket if you want to visit the museum, otherwise you need to wait for around an hour. The museum shop souvenirs are very lovely,"

"I must take my hats off to Mizkan Holdings for building this facility where it was able to showcase its rich history of spices and condiments which spurred the Renaissance of Japanese cuisine particularly the beloved sushi. I have yet to experience a museum as interactive as Mizkan and I had fun visiting it in all honesty. I was fortunate to be the last participant of the 3PM guided tour and I can say that the museum guide is full of enthusiasm explaining the history of the vinegar making process and how it was shipped from the city of Handa to all over Japan. My nihongo proficiency is still poor but there are English translated printouts of each spot so you wouldn't get lost in translation during the entire tour."
