Love the convenience of the station, the link to local JR rail lines, the seating, the large JR ticket office, the cleanliness of the station, and the ease of use of this station.
It's well laid out, easy to navigate, and simple to understand where the tracks are located.
They are currently finishing up the large expansion of the station, including a JR hotel, new terminal links with the Hiroshima on-street trolley trains, and Hiroshima city itself via new bus and taxi service areas. There's also a brand new department store, adjacent to the station.
I love Hiroshima, and will return here every time I travel to Japan."
