"Such a beautiful authentic onsen experience. Outdoor bath with Mountain View, a cold bath and a sauna plus an amazing dining room for food after at local prices. Unreal! Great day out!"

Robbie Paterson

"You can’t rent towels here unless you’re a guest at the glamping facility next door. That’s fine but they should declare that on their website (no mention of it as of mid-August ‘22). The water was lukewarm. Maybe it’s because I went mid-summer? It does have a nice rotenburo area but the facility as a whole is a typical charmless modern Japanese building. I’ll go again in winter to see if at least the water has improved but so far it’s not a place that I’ll rush to go back to."
