"Its a playground located at the top of the hill. Mostly loved by kids, but adults are also welcome. There are 2kinds of rides, the sleigh costs 300yen, and the other one cost 160yen. The 300yen rides is longer than expected. Purchasing of tickets is until 16:30. But the park is until 17:00. The view at the top is fantastic , the Sea of Japan can be seen from the top, and the Snowy mountain can be seen on the other side. Also, shuttle van is free."

"You can't go on the bobsleigh or rollerslide unless you get on the shuttle bus from the parking lot by 16:30 (it's a steep slope so it's better to get on board) and buy your ticket at the ticket machine at the top. If you buy your ticket in advance, you can slide until 17:00. This is quite important, but you won't know until you get there. 5,000 yen and 10,000 yen bills are not accepted. 310 yen per bobsleigh ride. 160 yen per rollerslide ride.
It seems to be a city facility, so the Google search call will connect you to the night watchman at city hall on holidays. (They will tell you if it is open)
The road to get there is quite narrow (you can't pass each other at the top) so it's better to have a minivan or a number 3 driver driven by someone with good driving skills.
There seem to be two parking lots with plenty of space, and the lower parking lot where the shuttle bus stop is where most people will park can accommodate several dozen cars.
The scenery is amazing, so please drive safely and enjoy♡
I went for the first time, and arrived at 16:20 on the middle day of the May holidays, so I was just in time. During the holidays, National Route 8 gets crowded around Umi Terrace Nadate and Marine Dream Nou, so make sure you have plenty of time to get there!
The scenery is really amazing. The ocean spreads out before you. The view towards Toyama is especially beautiful. Even if you don't take the bus to the bobsleigh station, you can walk to the top using the stairs next to the athletics facility, so if you're confident in your leg strength, it's worth trying to go up."

"There is an additional fee for both the roller slide and the bobsled.
After parking your car in the free parking lot, a free shuttle bus (a dilapidated Hiace) will take you to the top of the mountain.
From the top,
you can choose to take the roller slide to the middle of the mountain,
take the bobsled from the top to the bottom,
or walk down the staircase course via the middle of the mountain to the bottom.
From the middle of the mountain, you can also enjoy the athletic equipment as you climb to the top.
There is no cafeteria, so bring a packed lunch with you."
