"Small castle on top of a hill. There is an elevator to get to the castle ground (¥100/one way) but only stairs inside the castle. Interesting artefacts on display. Great view of Karatsu Bay and town from the top of the castle."

"Probably one of the coolest castles I have visited while circumnavigating japan, high on a hill surrounded by water, overlooking the beaches and the city. Soo cool"

"It's majestic!
There are two ways to access the mountain top, elevator and stairs! The elevator costs 100 yen per adult! Stairs up to the top are more charming, and offer visitors a great view of the Karatsu bay! The gardens on different slabs of the mountain have plenty of spaces where children and youths can have rampaging!
The basement on the mountain top is extremely beautiful!
It costs 500 yen per adult to visit the castle! The top floor which was originally used as a watch post will certainly give the visitors a thrilling swing of wind!
Watch your steps while on the top! It slightly slides downwards! Be extra careful while capturing pictures because a simple indifference may cause your precious phone or camera to go down!
The parking space before the castle is not so expensive!
Enjoy!!"
