"Visited in May 2025. Lovely sake brewery with free tour, they have a small viewing area of a short video (in your selected language) depicting the methods of sake brewing. Then they have a small area upstairs of infographics for sake. The exciting bit is the sake tasting which was by a lovely English speaking gentleman who explained how the various sake are made and labelled. I particularly enjoyed the sparkling sake and bought some home. Definitely try the sake soft serve! Very yummy!"

"The tour is really simple and short, but the history of the brewery is really cool to learn.
Also, the sake tasting is free and the man that helped us was so patient and really great at explaining everything to us. We came for the free sake and left with several bottles to bring home 😆"

"We had a fantastic experience at the sake brewery. While reservations are recommended for the full tour, you can enjoy a complimentary sake tasting without one. The selection is extensive, featuring a wide variety of exceptionally high-quality sakes.
Our host, Cinzia, was the highlight of the visit. She was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and professional, answering all of our questions and expertly guiding us through the different types of sake produced by the company.
To top it all off, you can buy sake ice cream! It was an absolute lifesaver and a delicious treat on a scorching 30-degree day. A perfect end to a wonderful visit."
