Reviews Summary

Visitors find the Yamamoto Kansuke Grave to be a historically significant site, particularly for its connection to Takeda Shingen's cremation. While not a grand monument, its humble nature and the care taken by the local community are appreciated. Some note the difficulty in finding it and the limited parking.

"During my early college years, I had to do a report on Takeda Shingen. Years later on this day, I had the honor of standing before his tomb. Not much parking area, and there are houses and a school nearby, but the site was well kept for the legendary Sengoku jidai Daimyo"

Anthony Traylor

"After visiting Takeda Shrine, we visited Shingen's grave.
The road in front is narrow and the grave is tucked away in a slightly difficult to find location.
When you hear Takeda Shingen's grave, you might imagine it to be something very impressive, but it's not that big.
It seems you can park in the education center parking lot opposite.
We highly recommend visiting here if you visit Takeda Shrine."

出張太郎

"The tomb is surrounded by a residential area with one-story houses. A little further north is a cemetery where Takeda Shingen's wife is buried. After returning to the hotel after visiting the tomb, I discovered that there is a tomb of the third generation of Takeda not far south of this tomb. It seems that Takeda Shingen's true tomb is there, and this seems to be just a cremation site."
