I would highly recommend booking at least one week in advance if you want a good slot. We went at 6pm on a Monday and the crowd levels were tolerable.
Also, don't worry about the initial line you have to stand in, it goes by quick."

"I have been to a few interactive art museums before, but none this elaborate. Sure some of the exhibits felt a little dirty and the water was pumped full of chlorine, but the visual effects in all of the rooms were astounding. It was like a maze of literal amazement. The check in line was a little bit long, but luckily there was shade which made it bearable to wait. Overall I would definitely go back here and be sure to bring a camera to take a ton of pictures."

Crowds were little to none Friday 9am. Amazing exhibits. Very refreshing after a hot day outside. Prepare to get your feet wet. They have lockers and provide you with towels for wiping your feet.
Bring snacks. They offer food on site but very $$$."
