"One of the “Must-Go” place
if you’re in Shimonoseki.
Japan’s largest karst plateau,
known for its dramatic limestone landscape and vast underground caves.
Perfect spot for a scenic drive 🚘🏍️
There’s a cafe☕️ and an information center
(right next to the observatory),
so you can enjoy the view safe from hot sun. ☀️💦
👀 by the way,
-It’s okay to sit in side the Cafe/Information Center (without buying anything)
-Mikan Soft Icecream is so GOOOOD 🍊🍦
-Akiyoshidai -> Beppu Benten Pond (Under 20min driving distance)"

"been here today. the view is another level of gorgeousness yet the facilities are insufficient. neither food store nor staffs are available along the karst road so no one we can ask in case we meet trouble during our trip, especially if we are cycling. and the cave staff said that bringing food are not allowed. even at the camping ground you will not meet any foodstore or restaurant or cafe whatsoever. even if you stay at the camping ground food are not sold except you have reserved the previous day. i think this place has huge potential but unfortunately they have poor management."
