What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Mochio Park is highly praised for its family-friendly atmosphere and abundant activities for children, including a giant slide and adventure fort. Visitors also rave about the beautiful cherry blossoms, making it a prime spot for hanami and photography. While generally free and well-equipped with facilities, it can get crowded during peak sakura season.
"Lovely place! It has nice open green areas for kids to run around, or play ball. There are a bunch of activities for kids to do, there is a giant slide, a fort, many suspension bridges for kids, swings, hanging swing balls, carousel like attractions and many more things. There are a few trails for adults and elders to walk around and enough place for picnic. The facilities also have public toilets and a bunch of vending machines. The vie of kirishima mountain is absolutely gorgeous and even though cheery blossoms are still a few days away I can tell that is probably the best spot in Miyakonojo for it."
