The zoo's layout is praised for its natural setting and ease of navigation, making it ideal for families. While the food options are average, the affordable entry fee and close encounters with animals like snow leopards and orangutans make it a highly recommended destination.
"A little bit of everything! Despite the 31-degree heat, it was still a great day for an outing. The zoo features a mix of outdoor and indoor animals, and the layout is perfect for baby strollers. I noticed fewer staff on-site, possibly due to it being Sunday. The 800 yen entrance fee is definitely worth it!"

"This is a great little zoo. The animal exhibits are laid out around a pond in the center of the zoo and is surrounded by nature, which gives the zoo a relaxing atmosphere. The way that the exhibits are designed make it easy to get close to the animals. Just be aware that the small animal encounter section of the petting zoo closes earlier than the rest of the zoo, so go earlier if you want to visit that section of the park."

"Barely any people. The animals are very well taken care of and there are many air conditioning rooms for people to enter as it’s very hot. DO BRING OWN UMBRELLA OR CAP AS ITS VERY VERY HOT. Food there is average but affordable in prices. Takoyaki is a big skip as it’s just frozen takoyaki that is being microwaved. The noodles is delicious though. 9/10 zoo. Notable animals are the red panda and white tiger"
