"Offers an excellent view of the surrounding area. Probably cause I am visiting on a weekday outside of holiday season, I had the entire observation deck to myself. Besides that, there is a cafe of sorts on the 2nd floor and a shop on the ground floor. Of note is that you will need to buy a ticket from the machines at the entrance to access the observation deck. Place has a back to the 80s feel with the older interiors, worth the visit for a rest and get your bearings as it offers a 360 degree view."

"Decent tower that you have to pay 500¥ to go up. There was no one up there when i went and it was great to have a quick bite and enjoy the surrounding (nothing much to see). The cafe is on the second floor which is rather expensive but cater to those who loves the tank anime series. Some souvenirs can be bought on the first floor without going up the tower"
