"We visited this park in November 2023. It was very nice and quiet. Since it is beside the Osaka Aquarium, nobody really visits the place. Please visit this park if you want to spend some alone time with your partner and enjoy the view of the sea and trees, especially during Autumn! This is also a great place to propose since the trees were beautiful when we were there."
