What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors appreciate Tempozan Park for its unique status as Japan's smallest mountain and its pleasant waterfront views, especially during sunset. It's often seen as a quick, free attraction that pairs well with nearby paid activities like the Kaiyukan Aquarium. Some find it a bit underwhelming if visited alone, but its charm lies in its novelty and accessibility.
"Surprisingly not well kept, sandy paths and not as clean as the rest of Osaka. There are some concetre terraces you can sit on but not much else. A column or obelisk is in the centre of one space. Do notice the nice murals on the wall at the entrance gate."
Vincent Oliver
"We visited this park in November 2023. It was very nice and quiet. Since it is beside the Osaka Aquarium, nobody really visits the place. Please visit this park if you want to spend some alone time with your partner and enjoy the view of the sea and trees, especially during Autumn! This is also a great place to propose since the trees were beautiful when we were there."

"Came here in the morning, it was really empty and tranquil. Nice sea view."
