"This is actually 1 of 3 Kansai activites we chose when purchased USJ ticket. It's a nice experience cruising within the Osaka bay though surroundings are mostly industrial ports. It took about 45 minutes circling around and passing under some beautiful bridges. The foods were okay, the iced coffee was surprisingly nice. Caution! the whole boat was so sting with engine smell if you are allergic to this kind of smell then you must not board the ship.
To conclude, if your schedule is not that tight and would like to do something chill and easy going around Temposan so this might be suitable for that. But if your schedule is pretty tight then there are more things to enjoy and worthwhile than this."
