It's a great spot for nature lovers and families, with free parking adding to its appeal. Some note that playground equipment could use updates and that it can get crowded with dogs.
"A wide park in the city. Beautiful place to walk around and just enjoy nature. Lots of seating options. People walk with their dogs here too. So if you have a dog that’s not comfortable with other dogs, this place isn’t good for him/her. You can see photography enthusiasts around the pond to capture different species of birds. Parking is free and easy to locate."

"The castle no longer exists. there is one old train carriage, the train is very clean, and cool because it has air conditioning. Sitting is a pair of wooden dolls made from a wooden tree or perhaps from bamboo. The garden is quite spacious, there is a pond full of lotus flowers and a very large gold fish, there is also a fountain, a clock statue the numbers are in kanji and Japanese dolls, here there is also a Japanese doll grave, this area is famous for making Japanese dolls or commonly called hinamatsuri, march 3 or hinaningyou"
Wita Tanaka (Asobiniiku)
"The park and castle ruins are nothing spectacular, but the sheer volume of Japanese Cranes is amazing.
I’ve never seen so many in one place and you can clearly see them nesting in the trees.
Worthwhile if you are a nature / bird enthusiast."
