"This is such a beautiful park full of greenery and trees. It’s a great place to come for the Sakura viewing festival as well as plum flowers in the spring. There’s plenty of parking if you bring a car. There’s also delicious plum flavored soft ice cream for sale."
Fred Cai
"Superb place to experience Sakura trees. I visited this park after failing to see the Sakura trees in bloom at Goryokaku garden in Hakodate. You’ll need to walk about 750m before you arrive in the heart of the garden where the Sakura trees are and boy are they beautiful!! There was a special Sakura flavoured soft serve too and it was just pure bliss. Lots of local families and couples were there to visit and take photos. Overall it was a very rewarding visit."
