"Absolutely beautiful shrine and setting in the Marayuma Park. We feel very lucky to have witnessed this place.
Easy to access from central Sapporo, take the Tozai line from Odori Station to Marayuma, takes 5 minutes with a short 10min walk into the park from Marayuma Station.
No tickets are required. It was pretty quiet when we visited at 4pm on a weekday, late March. It closes at 5pm.
Recommend a visit to the nearby Jingu Tea Rooms."
