"This museum is small but contains enough things to understand the history of Shinagawa region. If you are curious about how the region changed over time, certinly visit here and learn the history!
The entrance fee is only 100¥ for adult and 50¥ for children.
Be sure to check the outside tea garden as it is beautiful. You can also head up to the 2nd floor to find many books that talk about Japanese history. Unfortunately, there is no book written in English so you will have to guess. But, all other things are explained in english if you scan the q-code with your phone!"
