The next morning, I got up early and visited the Miyamorigawa Bridge (also known as the Megane Bridge) in Miyamoricho, about a 15-minute drive away.
It is part of the old Iwate Light Railway iron bridge, with five beautiful arches, and in front of the bridge, the brick pillars of the Iwate Light Railway, built in the Taisho era, remain.
