"I would say a "must visit" park for everyone, with or without kids. The park has many sections offering multiple activity options and different views. A great place to spend whole day - picnic, sit, camp, walk, run, bike or just look at birds. Sai Lake is big and beautiful, with a lot of trees on the bank and nice benches to sit and relax. A lot of flowering trees and green grass. Parking is free but has a time limit."

"This park has everything a park should have. It has a unique beauty and welcoming ambience which can be felt in all seasons. It has a wide playground for kids, great for cycling, a nice barbecue area, an area dedicated for fishing, a tennis court and a baseball pitch and it's a great place for bird watching. One of the things I love most about this park is that you can enjoy the cherry blossoms if you are not too keen on going to famous areas around Saitama or Tokyo. If you're into foraging, this park has got an abundance of dandelions and reapeseed blossoms (nanohana) in spring. The park also has a few huts lined along the lake where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. This park is also a haven for waterspouts lover such as windsurfing and Stand Up Paddle (SUP)."
