"Came all the from Kyoto to see cherry blossom in November but dissapointong none in the park and the sighn boards not clear walked all the way to the clock and climbed up to the second spot which has to be accessed through the main road crossing family mart and were we saw very few flowers not worth and to our suprise they are running a cherry blossom festival two days after our visit and no way the flowers are gonna bloom in two days"

"Very good place where u can enjoy sakura cherry blossoms with autumn 🍂 foilage in in november"
Titli Ghosh
"Visited on the 18th Nov. The cherry blossom posted in the website were those taken in spring. Maybe misleading as the blossoms were few on bare trees. The autumn colours were also not much compared to Korankei Gorge or along the journey from Nagano. The best thing was the big roasted chestnuts with creamy soft flesh."

The Magic of Shikizakura
Visitors often express surprise and delight at seeing cherry blossoms in the fall, a stark contrast to the typical autumn colors of red and yellow maple leaves. This dual blooming nature makes Obara a special destination for those seeking unique natural beauty. Beyond the blossoms, the surrounding area offers the classic beauty of Japanese autumn. Maple trees and ginkgo trees turn brilliant shades of red, orange, and yellow, creating a stunning contrast with the lingering cherry blossoms. This combination of late-blooming sakura and vibrant fall colors is what truly sets Michi-no-Eki Obara apart.
