"This hotel is absolutely lovely. All hotel’s staffs are really helpful and try very hard to make your stay memorable. The hotel manager is professional, On the first night our room had a problem and she offered a solution to fix this problem immediately. We love the staffs here.
Ski in & Ski out is another great thing, our room has a view of ski slope and looks stunning when snowing. Onsen is average but offers everything you need.
Free snowboard lesson also another nice offer of this hotel if you stay more than 3 nights. Sharon, snowboard instructor is the best. She is so skilled and patience to teach you. If you had a lesson with her, you will improve quickly. However, the other snowboard instructors are not good. They don’t teach you much at all and once you start asking questions (even about snowboard’s topic) they will get annoyed and give you answers that you don’t expect to hear and make you stop asking. I hope they will improve their issue in the future.
We really like this hotel and looking forward to visit here again next season."

"My first time ski in-out resort. I love that I can skiing all day long. Room and hotel is traditional decoration style, some light did not work out but it is not serious trouble for me.
I love most is the environment around hotel. I came on high foggy days but still got my impressive in another way. It will be in my next year plan to revisit there!"
