Reviews Summary
Muruku Beach is lauded for its stunning beauty and incredible seclusion, offering a peaceful escape. Visitors appreciate the clear waters and the unique adventure of reaching the beach. However, the rocky seabed can be a drawback for some, and navigating to the location requires careful attention.
"It’s a wide, quiet beach with clear water and very few (if any) people. There’s a parking lot nearby, but it’s not easy to find. Access to the beach is via a staircase. The only downside is that the seabed is rocky, which makes it a bit uncomfortable."

"Truly one of my favorite spots on this little island. It's perfect if you're looking for some adventure with great views. I hardly see any pedestrian traffic here so I always wind up soaking up the scene on my own. Parking is cash only (500yen). If you come during low tide keep your eyes out for some exciting and vibrant creatures in the tide pools!"

"My kids loved this beach the most, I think! Lots of room for them to run around and the shallows go out pretty far. Plenty of things to climb on and explore. We'd always park here for the day, its only 500yen for the day. If no one is out in the shop at the time we'd just leave the coin on the hood, never had a problem. The shop is really great too; they have snacks, drinks, equipment and rentals available. That and everyone there is really nice! To get there you have to take a dirt road off the main street, you'll see the docks below you and kinda drive through the jungle a bit, watch out for animals and giant crabs especially at night. I made it in my Cube dozens of times, just take it slow in some spots lol well worth the trip if you get a chance to go!!"
