"Went on a Sunday during cherry blossom season, while there’s a Castle Festival, lots of locals camping under the trees & kids playing around, lots of food stalls & super crowded.
Eating, drinking, hanging out, & chilling with family & friends, as how a Sunday should be.
For foreign tourists, if you want to avoid the crowds, better go on a weekday.
Castle is nice but really not that much to see or history to learn about."
