"The reception team truly sets the standard for exceptional service. From the moment we checked in, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. They weren't just efficient; they were incredibly warm, patient, and knowledgeable.
A special shout-out to Ahmad and Fouad they handled every request with grace and a positive attitude, check-in was very smooth and profession. From recommending the best local dinner spots to arranging a taxi during a busy time. Their professionalism and genuine smiles at reception made a significant difference in our stay. They are the face of the hotel and a massive credit to your establishment. Thank you all for making our visit so seamless and enjoyable!"

"We were only able to stay one night but quite enjoyed our time. Every interaction with staff was positive and we found everyone to be helpful. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with something for all tastes. Having the availability of rides from reception to the room, and down to the Dead Sea and back was super helpful. We were also happy with the help we received in arranging a driver for some sightseeing and our transfer to a conference hotel where we had meetings. Our time was short, but we're glad we stayed here."

"I had a wonderful stay! Check-in was smooth. They upgraded me to a suite (which I was very thankful for) but I didn't like the view so I asked for my original booking and I loved the direct sea view. Special mention to Nermeen and Rawan. Both lovely ladies. They went the extra mile to assist my requests and made my stay even more memorable. Thank you! I will definitely come back and recommended to my friends and family."
