Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the museum for its extensive historical displays and the knowledgeable guides who offer deep insights into Kazakhstan's past and its first president. The free entry is a significant plus. However, confusion regarding the museum's relocated address has been a recurring issue, with some visitors arriving at the old, now inaccessible, Presidential Palace.
"Very beautiful Museum! Guides are amazing, they have incredible knowledge in History of first President of Kazakhstan Republic and our country! I enjoyed the tour around the Museum with my friends!"
Gauhar Matzhanova
"This museum is not at this location (north of the Ishim River - about 20 mins walk from the Fish Bridge). This building is now only government offices and no public access. The museum is now located in a new building near the library (about 1km south of the Presidential Palace). It is well worth a visit - free entry. At time of posting this review, Google Maps shows two museums of the same name at different locations. Ensure you go to the one located south of the Presidential Palace (it is not far from the Central Concert Hall)"

"I should have paid closer attention to the latest review here.
The reception at the St. Regis told me that the museum was operating as normal today, Tuesday.
So I went there just to have the guard there tell me that the museum is closed permanently.
There is a outdoor photo exhibition, with his photos, in the park next door though."
