The homestay offers a rustic experience with generous food portions, though the road access can be challenging and staff communication limited.
"The waterfalls are five stars. The guesthouse is three stars, as it’s very basic. We walked to all the falls and four of the guesthouse dogs came along with us, which was great. The walk is steep and muddy. Food serves at the restaurant are enormous so consider sharing a plate between two. Staff are friendly although they don’t speak much English."

"2025.02.02 The waterfall maybe beautiful in the rainy season only. It just a little water when I came on 2025.02 . The ticket fee is not acceptable : 55.000kip/per. They have bungalow for your night sleeping with prices from 250.000kip or 150.000kip/bed. You can cooked by yourself or you can order from their restaurant. The road pavement is very poor condition 😒."

"I stayed here overnight to be as close as possible to the waterfall in the morning — and I have no regrets.
It’s a great opportunity to reach the waterfall before the crowds arrive and truly enjoy the view, rather than just watching people take selfies.
The place itself is pretty decent. I stayed in a hostel-style room, but since I was the only guest, my experience was entirely positive.
Overall, it was clean and comfortable — nothing exceptional, but in this case, the location is what really matters.
The staff doesn't speak English, but that's not an issue — you can always communicate with gestures or use Google Translate."
