"When 20years ago is a famous place, you can by "Sampan" and pay RM1 to cross opposite site. Previously is the chinese food street court can grab alot of favorite food here, now become new style "Box Shop" but not sure is open or not still promote vacancy to rent. Located Pekan Cina all the traditional material can find here and most of wholesaler."

"Location is crowded... in the middle if the ever busy China Town. Hard to get parking lots as lorry frequently loading and unloading goods or their merchandise. Not sure if the situasion are the same in the night. Overall is a pity that people cant enjoy the view of this point of interest."
